The heart of Cattolica is Piazza I° Maggio, with its Dancing Fountains and a venue for major events throughout the year.

Nearby are the most famous routes: Viale Bovio, Viale Carducci and Viale Dante, the most touristy with many small shops and clubs. Heading towards the sea, one arrives at the port of Cattolica with the Nuova Darsena (New Dock), where one can find a number of fish restaurants and clubs.

In winter it is dressed in magic throughout the Christmas season, in spring the most eagerly awaited event is Cattolica in Fiore, and throughout the summer the calendar is packed with concerts.
